These 48-hour intensive design experiences are offered throughout each semester in our makerspace. Students work in multidiscipline/multi-level teams on hands-on projects that push innovation, creativity and communication skills. Each event will have a specific theme and will be designed in collaboration with industry and faculty.

Engineering Project Showcase

Project Showcase is our annual celebration of the technical accomplishments of our engineering undergraduates. Students from across all engineering departments and from freshman to seniors participate and present their team projects through posters and prototypes. More than 200 teams participated in our 2018 event.

This course is designed to provide students starting at the sophomore year with opportunities to work on industry sponsored multidisciplinary team projects addressing a real world engineering problem. Students will work on teams and interact with industry on a weekly basis to ensure the project remains focused on sponsor’s requirements.

The Student Engineers' Council Engineering Career Fair is the premier recruiting event for the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University. The career fair is planned, organized, and staffed by the council and is the largest student-run engineering career fair in the nation.
